LA BISE
Growing up in Paris, France the way I said hi to people was to give them a kiss or two on the cheek. This is known as “la bise” which is the normal way of greeting friends, family or when you first meet a friend of a friend. You “fait la bise” with everyone in a room when you enter it, yeaaa it can take a while. This is the universal way of saying HI. Elegant right?...
